The PPC (Paint Preparation Cup) system is an innovative solution, compatible with PPS 1.0, for mixing, filtering, and paint application. It is a closed system consisting of a hard cup, disposable soft liner, lid with integrated filter and closure cap, and a locking nut. The system enables clean, spill-free operation and provides full 360° application freedom, including use with the spray gun inverted.

By using the PPC system, solvent consumption for cleaning is reduced by up to 70%, while cleaning time is significantly shortened. The system is designed for automotive paint shops and enables a faster, cleaner, and more cost-efficient painting process.

Features and advantages of the PPC system

Closed system for clean work and 360° painting: The hard cup with inner soft cup, locking nut and lid with filter ensures safe use without spills and leaks.
Quick and easy assembly: The PPC system is designed for easy assembly and disassembly. The locking nut allows the lid to be attached with a quarter turn.
Various sizes: Various sizes are available – 200 ml, 400 ml, 600 ml and 800 ml – which allow optimal choice according to the scope of work.
Integrated filters in the lid (with specific micron rating and colour marking): Lids are available in three colours indicating the mesh permeability: red lid (85 microns), blue (125 microns) and green lid (200 microns).

Up to 70% less cleaner consumption: Because components are single-use, cleaning and maintenance are minimal.
Chemical resistance of materials: The inner soft cups are solvent-resistant and fit perfectly into the hard cup. This ensures clean work without contamination and enables quick and easy colour change.
